Hi, I'm still unable to find any emails from autcraft in my daughters email. My husband and I tested sending her emails and ours went through fine. I realized though that her actual Minecraft Java username is EpikAnastasia, not EpikAna. Would that effect sending the email at all? I wouldn't think so but it was something I noticed.

Hi EpikAsia, I'm sorry to hear that your daughter still hasn't received the verification email. I don't think a wrong username entered would cause this email to not be received, but it would be an issue when trying to whitelist her. Could you send all of this information to info@autcraft.com so AutismFather can have a look please? He'll also be able to update her username. Thanks!
